St. Monica Catholic School    2012-13 Supply Lists

                                                                                               

This supply list includes items that students should bring with them on the first day of school:

  • St. Monica School will provide teachers with classroom consumable items such as pencils, glue, paper, scissors, etc.
  • Each student in grades 2-8 will receive one student planner.
  • Keep in mind that if a student planner or other large item needs to be replaced, there may be a fee charged for that item.
  • Students may have to provide special items such as poster boards, display boards, or other items as assigned by the teacher throughout the year.
  • Because the student supply list is short, we will not offer ClassKits this year. If you have trouble finding something on the list, or have a question about the items, just call or email the school office.

 

 

PRESCHOOL and Kindergarten

  • Rest blanket (no bigger than a beach towel)
  • Backpack (no wheels and big enough to fit a standard size folder inside)

 
 

 

 

Grade 1

  • Backpack (no wheels and big enough to fit a standard size folder inside)
  • 1 inch black binder with plastic sleeve on front

 
 

Grade 2

 

  • 2 single subject notebooks (different colors)
  • 4 pocket folders without fasteners, (1 red, 1 royal blue, 2 any other different colors)
  • 1 pencil pouch

 

 

Grade 3

 

  • 1 Expandable 13 pocket portfolio
  • 2 single subject notebooks, different colors
  • 2 pocket folders without fastener
  • 1 pencil pouch

 Grade 4

  • 1 Expandable 13 pocket portfolio
  • 2 single subject notebooks
  • 1 pocket folder without fasteners
  • 8 pocket folders with fasteners ~ (any 8 different colors)
  • Pencil pouch

 

 

Grade 5 & 6 

  • 5- 1” binders, each different color
  • Tab dividers WITH pocket for binders (25 total)
  • 2 single subject notebooks (any 2 different colors)
  • 1 pencil pouch

 

Grade 7 & 8

 

  • 4,  1” 3-ring binders with pockets and a front pocket (any 4 different colors)
  • 1 composition book
  • 1 zip binder pouch
  • Calculator ~ TI-30XATexasInstruments
  • 1 folder for Religion (2 pockets)
