Welcome to St. Monica Catholic School!
St. Monica School offers children and their families a warm, caring environment based on strong family values. We encourage you to stop by and visit us and experience our learning community first hand.
St. Monica Catholic School serves students in preschool through eighth grade. We currently have 450 students, and are constantly growing. We are located in northwest Indianapolis and are part of the West Deanery of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
Our school has proudly served a very diverse student body for more than forty years. We are accredited by the State of Indiana. All of our teaching staff members are licensed in the areas that they teach, and have either bachelor’s and/or master’s degrees, and continually seek professional development opportunities. In addition to our homeroom teachers, we employ full time teachers licensed in the following areas: spanish, music, art, physical education, and special education. We also employ a librarian and a social worker.
Our administrative staff includes the principal and assistant principal. Our support staff includes teachers’ assistants, a school nurse, two secretaries, an extended care director and extended care staff, cafeteria director and staff, a playground supervisor/coordinator, and maintenance director and assistants.
